The fairest mode depends on what failure looks like for your group: one unhappy viewer, a stalled decision, or a small number of strong preferences.
Unanimous
Best for two people or a small group where every participant needs to be comfortable with the final title.
Veto-safe
Good for mixed tastes. An explicit rejection blocks a title rather than being averaged away.
Majority
Keeps a larger room moving. Set a real quorum so a result cannot be produced by only the fastest voters.
Weighted or wildcard
Use only when everyone understands the rule. The room should show how influence or the wildcard is applied.
